With over 20 years of experience, founding attorney William Berlin is an accomplished attorney who has worked with numerous family law associations and committees. With five children himself, William understands that some legal processes are not just the signing of documents or the granting of a decree, but life-altering changes. He offers compassionate and realistic insight into paternity, child support and child custody issues. William is a frequent speaker on family law issues for the State Bar of Michigan. He served for over six years on The Oakland County Friend of the Court Citizen Advisory Committee and is a graduate of Wayne State University.
Attorney Joshua Faber has been with the Berlin Family Law Group since 2012. Prior to joining the firm, Joshua earned a bachelor of arts degree in psychology and an associate’s degree in Talmudic law from Yeshiva University. In 2012, he earned his juris doctor degree from Wayne State University Law School, where he concentrated his studies in domestic relations, family law and alternative dispute resolution. Joshua is a member of the Oakland County Bar Association and the Family Law Section of the State Bar of Michigan. Joshua has been selected for inclusion in Michigan Super Lawyers since 2015.
Attorney Joe Yaccarino began working with Berlin Family Law Group in 2015 as a law clerk. In 2017, he graduated Cum Laude from Wayne State University of Law and has worked as an attorney at our firm since. Before that, he attended Oakland University in Rochester for political science where he graduated in 2013.
